We’ve been working side by side running pubs since 2012. Starting out as Supervisors and Assistant Managers, we worked our way up through the industry to eventually lead Barworks, one of London’s most respected pub and restaurant groups, from 2015 to 2023. In 2023, we decided it was time to go it alone. Our new venture is completely self-funded and fully independent — no investors, no outside backing, just two working-class guys who know what makes a great pub tick.

In an industry where the majority of London hospitality groups are led by the privately educated and well-connected, we’re proud to be bucking the trend. We believe in building a business rooted in real experience, hard work, and a genuine love for pubs. Our goal is to create welcoming, characterful spaces and to grow a new kind of pub group — one that champions talent, rewards graft, and proves there’s more than one route to success in hospitality.
