Steak Night

We're launching Steak Night — the first of what will become a regular monthly fixture at William IV. Expect an array of incredible cuts from our meat supplier, Swaledale: specialists in native British rare breeds, all pasture-fed and regeneratively farmed.

On the night you'll choose from a selection of steaks, sauces and sides. We'll also be opening a few special wines that are normally only sold by the bottle, pouring them by the glass for one night only.
