The Dining Room offers a considered take on modern British cooking within the setting of a proper pub. Led by chef-owner Mike Harrington, the kitchen focuses on peak-season produce and classical technique, working with day-boat seafood from Flying Fish Seafood & Wright Brothers, and rare breed meats from Swaledale Butchers. The menu changes regularly, shaped by the seasons and grounded in honest, generous cooking.
Open from 6pm Thursday - Saturday. We often have space for walk ins, but when making a reservation please make sure to select ‘Dining Room’ as the area you want to book. If no tables are available it will not be visible as an option to book.
